21-Day Equity Challenge Shared Definitions

In 2021, United Way of Southeastern Michigan, began a 21-day Equity Challenge that runs 1-2 times a year. The challenge is meant to be a personal and community learning tool to challenge belief systems to eradicate inequities in Washtenaw County. This set of Shared Definitions is critical to community conversations.
